ALL ABOUT MOVING AVERAGES (MA, EMA, SMA, ALMA, BB)

In statistics, a moving average is a calculation to analyze data points by creating a series of averages of different subsets of the full data set. It is also called a moving mean or rolling mean and is a type of finite impulse response filter. Variations include: simple, cumulative, or weighted forms.

and ito lahat ang mga M.A`s or Moving averages na naka settings ng 20 days. So the question now is, which M.A or M.A`s is for you? is it EMA? SMA? ALMA? BB? MA?

Sa pag pili ng M.A para karin pumipili ng gamot na iinupin mo, kung pang Short-Term, Mid-Term or Long-Term na gamot :D

But of course, as a newbie trader hindi mo alam that's why I made this blog for everyone na newbie sa trading and for FREE! Lets go back to the topic, so now the question is which M.A`s that I used?

Personally I used EMA, why EMA? because EMA is suitable for my strategy. And another question is how I use EMA or EMA`s?

Sorry! its a premium question, meaning you need to pay me to answer that question thank you. De joke lang aha! my strategy is called AOTS or alignment of the starts, and RSI30 (Relative Strength Index) indicator. AOTS is required 4 EMA`s. EMA20, EMA50, EMA100 and EMA200.

if you want to use M.A AOTS, SMA AOTS, ALMA AOTS, BB AOTS. its all up to you ok, do some experiment which M.A`s is suitable for you and for your strategy.

Here is how I use EMA o AOTS.

-EMA20 is for Short term (GREEN)
-EMA50 is for Mid term (RED)
-EMA100 is For Long term (BLUE)
-EMA200 is For investors (VIOLET)

Basically I use EMA`s as my dynamic Support and Resistance, and also if the Price is Bullish or Bearish. Let me give you an example.

Short-term trade

Mid-term Trade, so on and so forth.

And now, how I use EMA as my Support/Dynamic Support.

its a bounce play of dynamic support

The hardest part, when the price is below EMA`s or AOTS, well that's the beginning of bear market for me.

Bounce play of Resistance
